       I think any people need working at Ideal Company. Do you know what is the Ideal Company?. In my opinion Ideal Company is a company that provides a bonuses when i succeed in a project, give a working no more that 8 hours a day, have a Wifi no limit and other. Are you think like i mean?

       Five most important criteria for an ideal company:

1. First, awards bonuses and gives fringe benefits to employees. I think this important because we as a owner must appreciate the work performance of employees.
2. Second, has a good quality canteen. Which is if we have good quality canteen, the employees can enjoyed the break time or lunch can be convenient.
3. Third, gives equal pay to women and men. So if we gives equal pay according to the work our employees can maximize their work at our company.
4. Fourth, has opportunities for promotion and personal development, each employees must give the best when they work at company.
5. And the last, pays one moth extra salary to employees who have a new baby or who get married, this is for the benefits for them.     

        Five least important:

1. Has a female CEO, everybody can be a CEO male or female if their can be like a leader.
2. Has a gym and sports facilities, i think this least important because employees can not concentration for employment.
3. Gives six months paid maternity leave and one month paid paternity leave. A company must gives paid maternity leave but not six months minimal three until four months.
4. Gives employees a laptop computer and mobile phone for business and personal use, If this for business use i think  it is can be important.But if for personal use this not professional.
5. Has an annual staff party

      My ideal boss often reads my e-mail. Every week has regular update meetings with me for job discussion. I want my boss always says thank you because my feel him appreciated my work. Every day brings me coffee to improve my mood in the morning. I need my boss never tell me chats about his/her family and other non work-related topics. Ideal boss sends me on trips twice a year. Usually lets me work from home when i can not finished my work at company. I will my boss not often take me out to dinner.                  

    Sometimes i need my boss lets me make personal calls at work. Always gives me lots of responsibility. Once  month sets regular deadlines and targets. I do not need my boss hardly ever lets me leave work early. Always cals me by my first name and the last my boss often praises me.
